Data minimisation: the contact form accepts only an email address, topic, short message and optional name. Do not submit secrets, API keys, personal data about other people, protected coordinates, banking documents or confidential datasets.

Purpose and handling

Submitted information is used only to route, review and answer the request, protect the service from abuse and maintain a content-free technical delivery status. Submission does not create a partnership, mandate, approval, financial commitment or publication promise.

Recipients and human handoff

Requests are routed to one of three GINZBURG CLIMATE mailboxes: info, partners or support. Access is limited to responsible staff. The public form is not a protected data room.

Security and retention

The form uses CSRF protection, a honeypot, rate limiting, validation and authenticated mail transport. Message content is not intentionally stored in the WordPress database. Email retention follows operational and legal needs and is reviewed periodically.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion by emailing info@climate.ginzburg.fund. Legal or preservation obligations may limit deletion in specific cases.

Incidents and questions

Report a suspected technical or privacy incident to support@climate.ginzburg.fund. Do not include secrets in the first message.
